Welcome to the Sexton Real Estate Tax Service family page. While we are not all actually family members, it sure does feel that way.
Our company began in 1981 as a simple dream of one man, Amon Sexton, and was put together on a shoestring budget with his personal commitment to maintain his operation on a very small scale. Fortunately for many, that commitment was quickly revised.
In no time at all, Sexton Real Estate Tax Service found itself expanding from one county to two. And then to three, until eventually it was servicing the real estate tax research needs for closing attorneys, title corporations, lending institutions and many others in the six counties that make up the metro Atlanta area.
We are proud to say that we have employed dozens of people over the years, each one as dedicated as the other to providing excellent and accurate service to all of our valued customers, no matter how big or small.
Today we can boast that we offer over one hundred years of collective experience for our customers, and in the real estate game that truly makes a difference.
For over twenty years we have provided a seven year tax lien certification for almost two million closings, and we are still going strong. However, we have never limited ourselves to that area of expertise alone. Quite often we receive requests for different information ranging from mailing addresses of property owners to the comparative values of structures in certain areas. These requests were always met and executed with the same level of enthusiasm as those that stayed within our stated area of expertise.
When the 1996 Olympic Games were assembled and the new structures were built to house them, the legal teams that pulled together the land deals trusted Sexton Real Estate Tax Service for their tax certification. And it didn't stop there. Over the years we have been called upon for certification of major arenas, hunderds of skyscrapers and countless condominium projects. Yet through it all, the simple one family dwelling in quiet suburbia has always received the same level of respect as any of these, and that is something that we take pride in.
Feel free to get to know the entire "family", even those whose last name isn't Sexton, and there are plenty of them. We will make an effort to keep everyone posted on the personal events that effect our lives, and hopefully you will feel like part of the family as well.
